We don't normally leave reviews but Mr. Gus Valverde Jr. deserves five stars! Gus was always on time, answers any questions and would address any concerns from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our new stairs and bonus room. I would highly recommend A Perfect Floor. See the before and after pictures.

I was introduced to A Percect Flooring and Gus by a commercial installer who was too busy to handle my job. Upon his recommendation, I called Gus and discussed the opportunity. Gus visited my home. I noticed Gus taking off his shoes at the door. Didn’t say anything. Just watched his actions. I noticed Gus sliding his feet across the 900 sq ft to done. He was feeling the highs and lows of my floor to understand what needed to be done for a successful result. The job took 5 days. Not only did Gus install my new floor, he also replaced all of the base boards to modernize the look. All said and done we were very pleased. We always use local small businesses for all of the trades working in our home. It’s the right thing to do!! Support local!! I always say “ I got a guy for you”!! Yep, Gus is the guy. Very pleased with the outcome of our job. My neighbor is having their floor done currently by Gus. They are pleased by Gus’s workmanship. See you around town Gus!!Thanks.

Gus was recommended to us on a Facebook group. I needed someone to fix a botched tile job in my family room. He is very knowledgeable in his field and very fair with his fees. The floor came out great, we are also going to have him redo the rest of our floors. Definitely would recommend his company.

The communication was spot on (they took the call over a weekend), they arrived exactly when they said they would, Gus did a great job with the repair, and the cost was reasonable. Our family was fortunate to find this company with Gus as owner and hard worker. We had a positive experience the work done was beautiful. Our story, our toilet leaked causing damage to subfloor and tile and cld not use bathroom which was a big inconvenience to a large family. It was frustrating looking for contractors who either charged ridiculous prices or to do a skimpy job, or just didn’t want to do the work. In my despair I continued to search for a good Tiler who had experience and descent pricing. I searched until late evening and finally found The perfect flr. and Gus. He was experienced, and did a complete job took up all that rotten subfloor. And, it worked well with our budget. Now we have a beautiful floor. We are thankful we found this company and (Gus) it was worth the search.

Gus was so great to work with when we purchased an outdated home in Oviedo. He took care of removing old tile, wood and baseboards as well as backsplash and installed large format tile, bamboo and new baseboards as well as renovated our hall bath. He is a great communicator and honest and fair- tough to find these days. I also appreciated working with Robyn in the office- made everything easy even when we were in Europe for two weeks during the demo. I would recommend A Perfect Floor LLC all day long.

Gus has done flooring for us in several homes - carpet, tile and LVP. He also retiled a shower at one property and created and installed beautiful new, extra-wide floating stair treads on a difficult stairway. He matched the stain beautifully to go with the flooring in the rest of the space. Highly recommend. Honest/ethical, reasonably priced and did great work for us each time!

We just completed replacing the flooring in our home. From the very beginning of the process Gus with A Perfect Floor was extremely helpful in directing us to a porcelain product that met our budget and looks incredible. If you’re reading this to assure yourself you choosing a contractor that when your project is completed, you’ll have no regrets…. Unfortunately we’ve all been there. I can assure you that won’t be the case. Gus is a true Craftsman and in today’s market that’s a rarity. He’s up front on all the tangible’s… cost, timeframe, quality and product. Five stars plus for A Perfect Floor
